Believing Is Seeing Ministries exists to restore people to God's original design through Kingdom discipleship, biblical teaching, prayer, healing, and community. We are committed to equipping believers to walk in the authority of God's Kingdom, embrace the ancient paths of Scripture, celebrate God's appointed times, and become mature disciples who impact their families, communities, and the nations for Jesus Christ.

On Oct. 12, 2024, the Day of Atonement, a holy day on God’s biblical calendar that is set aside for fasting, praying, seeking forgiveness, and a fresh start, several members of Believing is Seeing Ministries went to pray on the top of a mountain in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil. The mountain was called Morro do Boi, which translates from Portuguese as Ox Mountain. In the Bible, oxen symbolize servanthood and obedience, illustrating the importance of selfless service and humble submission to God, foundational concepts in many Bible Study sessions. These animals also represent strength and power, showcasing God’s ability to conquer enemies and overcome obstacles as part of His heavenly kingdom.
The day started off with the arrival of a random Uber driver named Rodrigo Nakashima. They explained to him their plan for prayer on top of the mountain and asked him to take them there. Rodrigo asked if he could join them instead of just dropping them off, and they were thrilled. Little did they know that Rodrigo had been fasting and praying for the last 10 days, known as the 10 Days of Awe, with this Day of Atonement being the last day of his fast. He had applied that spiritual discipline, seeking an answer from God about whether he could start a new relationship in accordance with God’s will for his life since he was divorced. He wondered if this mountaintop prayer experience was how God would answer that prayer, so he asked to join them to see. He decided to record it in hopes of capturing the moment if it was indeed an answer to his prayer.
Immediately following the prayers but before praise and worship, Reenie Hey received a word of knowledge from God for Rodrigo. She had heard in her spirit that there was an 'opening of the womb' in his life. Biblically, the opening of the womb can be a metaphor to describe God birthing something new in a person’s life in accordance with the divine will of God, a concept often explored in Kingdom Teaching and Scriptural teachings. Rodrigo proceeded to thank God for giving him the answer and then he shared his testimony of what he had been praying and fasting for. They all rejoiced at the awesome mountaintop experience and have remained in contact with him.
See the update below the video about his wedding.

We are thrilled to announce that Rodrigo’s prayer was answered. He married Tereza on December 17, 2025 in Balneário Camboriú. In the update Rodrigo said, “Do you remember the vision you had of a womb?...I'm getting married in December. I thank God for your lives that day, I will never forget it!!! And now God is fulfilling everything!!! Thank you.”
